Session fees vary depending on the type and length of service provided. Standard individual therapy sessions (approximately 50 minutes) are billed at the clinician’s set rate. Fees for specialized services, such as trauma-focused or equine-assisted therapy, may differ based on session structure and resources involved. Please refer to our services page for more details.
Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept major forms of payment. Some therapists at the center may also offer sliding-scale options or provide superbills for clients seeking reimbursement through out-of-network insurance benefits.
Please contact our office directly for detailed information about current rates and available payment options.
Our center offers flexible payment options to meet diverse needs. We accept private pay, are in-network with select insurance plans, and can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance provider. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, and we encourage clients to contact their insurance company directly to verify benefits.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt that includes the necessary information for you to submit a claim directly to your insurance company. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary depending on your plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about:
Our therapists are highly trained mental health professionals with advanced graduate degrees and state licensure to provide clinical counseling services. Each clinician brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Many of our therapists hold specialized certifications such as Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and maintain ongoing professional development to ensure the highest standard of care. Collectively, our team has experience across hospital settings, community mental health, and private practice, offering clients a compassionate, knowledgeable, and collaborative environment for healing and growth.
Individual therapy sessions typically last about 50 minutes, often referred to as a “therapeutic hour.” This allows time for meaningful discussion while keeping sessions structured and focused.
The frequency and total duration of therapy vary depending on your goals, needs, and services offered. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific concerns, while others engage in longer-term work for deeper healing and growth. Your therapist will collaborate with you to create a plan that best supports your progress.
We value your time and reserve your session specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client in need.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee equal to the session rate. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the therapist’s discretion.
Consistent attendance is an important part of the therapeutic process, and we appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
Everything shared in therapy is private and protected by law. However, there are a few situations where your therapist is required to share information to ensure safety or comply with legal obligations. These include:
Your therapist will always discuss these limits with you and answer any questions you may have about your privacy.
Therapists are generally available during regular business hours by appointment. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and some clients may require flexibility. Limited evening or weekend appointments may be available depending on therapist availability — please contact the office to discuss scheduling options.
While we do not provide 24-hour crisis services, clients experiencing an emergency are encouraged to contact 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or reach out to the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 for immediate support.
Healing is absolutely possible, but the process looks different for everyone. The pace of therapy depends on many factors — including your goals, the nature of your experiences, and your comfort level in exploring them.
Some clients begin to notice changes within a few sessions, while others engage in therapy over several months or longer to achieve deeper, lasting growth. Progress often happens gradually, through increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, and emotional resilience.
Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and regularly review your goals to ensure you’re moving in the right direction. Healing takes time — but with consistency and support, meaningful change does occur.
